The lady friend and I went for a cruise last night. Our goal was to find a "new" dresser, or something similar, at Saver's. As you can probably tell by the picture, we didn't end up getting a dresser. What we did get was this most kick ass Ocean Pacific windbreaker.

As the title of the post states, there is more than one addition to the family. The second beyond the latest video edit from the Gnarpow! crew. This time the footage is from our 3 day weekend at Spirit Mt in Duluth. Ryan and myself met up with Chris and Cole for what would become a gnarly MLK celebration. A good time was had by all and a fun video was sure to come with it.

Need A Board?

Looking for a "new" ride? You're in luck. In hopes of raising enough money for a trip to the land of Fetzenhund, more commonly known as Bozeman, MT, the woman and I have decided it's time to unload some of the collection. Meaning she's selling her first/backup board and I'm taking a huge chunk out of my collection and getting rid of 4. It's hard to see them go but it's time for them to be set free. Well it's definitely not as cool as the zombie underneath me, but here's my take on an '09-'10 season pass. Hopefully I can get my hands on the rest of the crew's passes and post 'em up here in the future.

Spirit Season Pass Dweeb-outs

For some reason unbeknownst to all of mankind, this year at Spirit Mountain, the crew there has let things get out of hand. And by that I mean out of theirs and into our grubby mitts. Exactly where these things should be. I'll lead off and let Krazy hit cleanup on this one.

We Devour(ed) Everything

So after a nice streak of updating everyday I've had several days in a row away from the computer. At least I can say it was for a good cause.

Myself and 3 friends decided to make a weekend of it at Spirit Mt. in Duluth. 3 friends, 3 days, 4 CAPiTA's. Needless to say, it was an awesome time. With temps creeping into the lower 30's in the middle of January and, by gloomy Duluth standards, basically "bluebird" skies for most of the weekend, it made for almost perfect riding weather.

A new video will be coming soon. Until then, these pictures will have to do.

New Frontier

Next year will be CAPiTA Snowboarding's 10th anniversary. Not to mention, the tenth anniversary of the Black Snowboard of Death. Probably my all-time favorite board. Completely redesigned, the new BSOD will feature CAPiTA's beloved FK technology, paired with time tested, mother approved camber between the inserts. This is going to make the BSOD a more versatile, yet ever so unrelenting ride. Another neato design feature of the year 10 BSOD will be an additional third contact point at center. Next year, assuredly, CAPiTA's lineup will be utterly devoid of ruth.

End Of The Road

Howdy folks. Name's Erik Holznagel. I'll be heading up Gnarpow's Western Division so stay tuned for some no-holds-barred, rip-snortin', and downright absurd updates and randumb posts from Big Sky country. Just made it back to town a few days ago. Here's a vid of the most treacherous part of the journey going through North Dakota and into West Dakota. Batten down the hatches, it's gonna be a bumpy, boring ride.

Westward Ho!

One of my Board Dweebin' pals is traveling West today. Headed back to school in Bozeman, MT. Wishing him a safe journey and hopefully we'll be able to take a trip out and see him before spring. We'd really like to get a taste of some of the fluffy MT white stuff before it's gone.

With that said, we're now accepting donations to make said trip happen!
